1.1 These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of accession by the Merchant. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 26 February 2024.
1.2 LinkedPay provides a full suite of payment services for merchants, through our LPay Portal allowing businesses to accept payments from customers online or via POS.
1.3 Our IT Infrastructure ensures integrated risk management, as set out in the Terms and Conditions for Merchants. The Merchant must consider these risks carefully before continuing to use our services.
2.1 After completing the registration, the Merchant must accept the Merchant Membership Service Terms and Conditions of our Institution, which will provide payment processing services to the Merchant.
2.2 As part of your registration process, we may assess your company from a compliance and risk perspective. This agreement will also include pricing information.
2.3 Once registered, the Merchant will be able to select the payment integration method that best suits their needs. We offer different types of payment methods that may include cards and electronic money.

The Merchant is independent and responsible for complying with all applicable Laws related to the use of the service portal. However, by accessing and using the portal, the Merchant agrees to comply with the Terms and Conditions of our Usage Policy.
5.1 The merchant consents that LinkedPay may use his/her personal data whenever necessary, for a better functioning of its services.
5.2 The customer/merchant consents to their personal data being shared with the regulator and operators of the Angolan Payment System, for the purposes of supervising, managing and operating said system.
