LPAY PLATFORM

1. What is LPay?

LPay is a digital and interactive platform, to be used on electronic devices, such as: Smartphones and analog phones as well as others (Ipads...) and which allows you to make payments for services, as well as using QRcode, transfer, receive, load money, and check LPay account balance.

2. Who is qualified to use LPay?

Anyone who may or may not have a bank account (domiciled in Angola) can use LPay. Transactions carried out by users will be confirmed as long as they have sufficient funds in the registered LPay account.

3. What documents can I gather to open an account on the LPay Platform?

L1 accounts can be opened by citizens who do not have an official identification document and proof of address; L2 and L3, the primary documents are the Identity Card Number (copy), NIF, proof of address.

4. Is LPay safe?

Yes, the security procedure is ensured by our technical team. System maintenance and updates are also provided by our team. The physical and logical security of cryptographic products respects the relevant security requirements of the Organization and applicable laws.

5. Can I access LPay to send or receive money without a Smartphone?

Yes, you can use analog phones without needing to be connected to the internet.

6. Is LPay regulated?

Yes, PLay is regulated by the Central Bank of Angola (BNA) under the license with registration number 424 – LinkedPay - Payment Services Provider Society, S.A.


REGISTER

1. How can I register on the PLay platform?

After downloading the application on your cell phone (via Android or Apple store), you must fill in your details on the home page and begin the individual user registration process.

2. In the case of analog phones, how do I register on the LPay Platform?

You must make a call to the number *475#, or send an SMS to 475 and you will receive a request to enter a PIN to follow the Account registration. Follow the steps to complete registration.

3. I am having difficulty opening an account on the platform with my Mobile Number, what can I do?

MY ACCOUNT

1. I am receiving an error message stating that my username and password are incorrect. What can I do?

Make a new registration.

2. How can I get a record of my activity history?

To obtain an activity history record, you can click on the “Info” menu, then click “Transactions” and obtain the history details.

3. How do I delete my account from the LPay platform?

You can delete it by clicking on the “Info” menu, followed by the “Account Security” menu and clicking “Delete Account”.


ASSOCIATE THE LPAY ACCOUNT WITH THE BANK ACCOUNT

1. Which banks are currently associated with the LPay account?

LPay, for now, has a partnership with Standard Bank, however, it will soon be associated with other Commercial Banks.

SEND AND REQUEST MONEY

1. I sent money to someone and they didn't receive it. What should I do?

Make sure you sent the money to the right person. If you have any questions, please contact the Customer Support line on 945291843 or send an email to support@linkedpay.co.ao

2. Is there a limit to the amount of money I can send?

Yes. See table above for transaction transaction limits.

3. Someone sent me money with LPay. How do I receive it?

You will receive an SMS confirming the transaction. The amount will appear in your LPay wallet instantly and you can use the means you have to transfer it.


WITHDRAW MONEY

1. How can I withdraw money from my LPay wallet to my bank account?

Click on the “withdrawal” menu option, then enter the amount and then confirm it.

2. Is there a limit to the amount of money I can send?

Yes. See table above for transaction transaction limits.

3. How long does it take for withdrawals to reach my bank account?

In the case of Standard Bank, availability is immediate, however, for other Commercial Banks, it may take longer for it to be available in your bank account.
