LPay is a digital and interactive platform, to be used on electronic devices, such as: Smartphones and analog phones as well as others (Ipads...) and which allows you to make payments for services, as well as using QRcode, transfer, receive, load money, and check LPay account balance.
Anyone who may or may not have a bank account (domiciled in Angola) can use LPay. Transactions carried out by users will be confirmed as long as they have sufficient funds in the registered LPay account.
L1 accounts can be opened by citizens who do not have an official identification document and proof of address; L2 and L3, the primary documents are the Identity Card Number (copy), NIF, proof of address.

After downloading the application on your cell phone (via Android or Apple store), you must fill in your details on the home page and begin the individual user registration process.
